Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) is one of the world's largest urban fire and rescue services and is the busiest in Australia.

The Fire & Rescue NSW Community Engagement team plays a vital role in communicating and educating the people of NSW about home safety measures. They conduct ongoing programs, including the "Keep Looking When Cooking" initiative, which provides a leave-behind tool for firefighters during their door-to-door engagement efforts which featured the sustainable spatula.
